1) Booking fee of 10% on the value of the wedding package chosen, paid on 1st Client  meeting

Booking is non refundable in event of wedding being cancelled. If wedding is re-scheduled at a later date, deposit will be valid as a booking fee.

2) 50% of payment balance due a month before the wedding date. The remaining balance is due one week before the Wedding date.

The account must be paid in full, one week before the wedding date.   Failure to pay the account in full by the required date, will resullt in the Photograpgher not turning up on the day of the Wedding.

3) Payment can by Bankers draft or PayPal on-line. Personnel cheques, Debt and Credit cards are not accepted. Part cash with Bankers draft is acceptable

4) Written receipt for booking fee and subsequent payments are issued to the Client 

5) Up to three meetings with Client will take place, two before the Wedding date and one after the  wedding to review album design and layout. The client meetings are included in the cost of the Wedding packages. Should the Client request additional meetings, these will be charged at a rate of €65 per hour.

6) Wedding package includes Photography Planning, Photography on the day of the Wedding,  Post Production and Retouching of Wedding photography.  Album Design and Layout, PDF of Photography, Sample design for Album layout approval, and up to three design changes on Album Layout.

Any additional design changes to wedding album will be charged at a rate of € 25 per Album Spread  

7) Copyright on Photographic images taken, will be owned by the Photographer, as detailed under Irish and International copyright law. However, Colreavy C Photography will offer the Client a copy of  photographic images on CD. The Client can download the images without permission of Colreavy C Photography. In return Colreavy C Photography may use images from the Wedding for promotional and Marketing. Colreavy C Photography will inform the Client of any images being used for Promotional and Marketing purposes

8) Copy of client photography will be held for a period of 3 years, after which, they will be destroyed.  

Both the Client and  Colreavy C Photography will sign the Terms and Conditions, a copy of which will be given to the Client.  This is the formation of a 'Contract' between ClreavyC Photography and the 'Client', as set out in Irish legislation.
